Prof. Edwin van Teijlingen:
Edwin has a PhD in Medical Sociology and is a Professor of Maternal & Perinatal Health Research at Bournemouth University (England). Before that he spent nearly two decades at the University of Aberdeen (Scotland). He works closely with Padam and the rest of the GTT team in implementing the programmes, particularly in programme planning and methodology. Dr Padam Simkhada:
Padam is a Doctor of Public Health working at the University of Aberdeen and is Nepali. Jane and he have worked on joint programmes together for 10 years in Nepal. His specialist areas are sexual health and migration, maternal and child health care and health care for sex workers.
